United Parks & Resorts Expands India Market Focus with Rayna Tours Partnership

United Parks & Resorts Inc. has announced an expanded strategic focus on the Indian travel market through a new partnership with Rayna Tours, establishing dedicated in-market representation to strengthen relationships with the Indian travel trade and drive awareness and visitation across its portfolio of theme parks. The partnership marks a significant step in United Parks & Resorts’ international growth strategy, with India identified as a market offering long-term potential. Leveraging Rayna Tours’ established presence and extensive travel trade network, the company will strengthen engagement with tour operators, travel agents, distribution partners, media and other key industry stakeholders across India.

Rob Mister, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, United Parks & Resorts, said, “India represents an exciting opportunity for United Parks & Resorts as we continue to grow our international business and introduce new audiences to everything our parks have to offer. This partnership allows us to build stronger relationships within the market, better support our travel trade partners and create a long-term strategy specifically designed around the needs and interests of Indian travellers.”

Under the partnership, Rayna Tours will provide dedicated India market representation, supporting business development, reseller and travel trade engagement, agent education and training, market intelligence, public relations, media outreach and distribution. The collaboration will also increase United Parks & Resorts’ participation in trade shows, roadshows, training programmes and other market activations.

Senthil Velan, CEO, Rayna Tours, said, “India is one of the fastest-growing outbound travel markets in the world, and Indian travellers are increasingly seeking premium, experience-led destinations. Rayna Tours’ more than two decades of travel trade relationships and B2B network of over 10,000 agents and tour operators across India and the GCC would provide an established channel for United Parks & Resorts to reach the market.”

United Parks & Resorts’ portfolio offers experiences spanning entertainment, adventure, wildlife and family travel. Its Florida attractions include SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove, Aquatica Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, giving Indian visitors opportunities to experience marine life, record-breaking attractions, immersive entertainment, water-based activities and seasonal events. The company also maintains a longstanding commitment to animal care, rescue, conservation and education, using its parks and dedicated teams to promote awareness and appreciation of the natural world.

The India initiative will roll out in phases, beginning with travel trade engagement, training, distribution development and market awareness, followed by expanded sales, marketing and public relations initiatives.
