IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Garner Hotel Jim Corbett in partnership with United Hospitality Management (UHM) India, marking another step in the rapid expansion of its newest midscale brand in India. The 50-key hotel will be owned by Victorian Corporation and managed by UHM India, with an opening scheduled for Q2 2027.
Located in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, the hotel will be positioned as a quality accommodation option for travellers visiting Jim Corbett National Park and the surrounding leisure destinations. With strong road connectivity to key cities across North India, Jim Corbett continues to attract visitors throughout the year. Spread across approximately three acres, the signing reflects IHG’s strategy of expanding its presence beyond major metros into high-potential markets supported by growing domestic travel demand.
Garner Hotel Jim Corbett will feature 50 thoughtfully designed rooms and amenities tailored to modern travellers. In keeping with the brand’s ethos, the hotel will focus on comfort, convenience and consistent quality while offering an experience that remains locally relevant.
