DMC Hub Takes Bali Beyond the Beach with Five-City Roadshow

DMC Hub, powered by Balitrip, conducted a five-city roadshow across five key Indian cities—Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune, and Mumbai —bringing Bali’s diverse tourism offerings closer to travel trade partners and reinforcing the destination’s growing importance in the Indian outbound travel landscape. The roadshow brought together stakeholders from Bali as part of a strategic initiative between Bali Wisata and DMC Hub to strengthen business linkages, deepen destination knowledge, and explore new opportunities in the Indian market. The participation of Bali-based tourism stakeholders added a strong local perspective, allowing Indian travel professionals to engage directly with the people and businesses shaping the destination experience.

Speaking on the initiative, Dheeraj Ranjan Kumar, Founder, DMC Hub, said, “India is a market with tremendous potential for Bali, but today’s Indian traveller is looking for much more than a conventional holiday. Through this roadshow, our objective was to bring Bali closer to the Indian travel trade by creating meaningful conversations with the stakeholders who understand the evolving needs of Indian travellers. We hope to create long-term business opportunities and enhance our strong partnerships with the Indian outbound market.”

The participation of Bali stakeholders was particularly significant, as DMC Hub and Bali Wisata look to establish a stronger and more structured engagement with the Indian travel fraternity. By connecting destination suppliers directly with the trade, the initiative seeks to facilitate greater collaboration, faster communication and more personalised travel solutions. The five-city format also enabled DMC Hub to engage with diverse segments of the Indian travel trade and understand the changing requirements of each market. The interactions underscored the growing appetite for curated Bali experiences, particularly among travellers seeking premium, immersive and celebration-led holidays.

The initiative represents another step towards positioning Bali not merely as a holiday destination, but as a versatile, year-round experience capable of meeting the evolving aspirations of the Indian traveller.
