Kazin DMC will host a winter familiarisation trip to Almaty, Kazakhstan, from 9 to 12 December 2026, in association with Air Astana and the brand-new Kazzhol Seven. The three-night, four-day programme will offer Indian travel professionals firsthand insight into Almaty’s distinctive winter experiences, contemporary hospitality, and diverse tourism offerings. With flights departing from Delhi and Mumbai, the initiative will enable travel agents from across India to participate. Participants will experience Air Astana’s warm hospitality and attentive onboard service, followed by a stay at the stylish, contemporary Kazzhol Seven, where they will explore the brand-new property’s accommodation and guest facilities.
The trip will focus on winter tourism, showcasing Almaty as a compelling destination for Indian travellers seeking snow-covered landscapes, scenic mountain excursions, and vibrant city experiences. Almaty combines alpine beauty with cultural attractions, local gastronomy, and urban comforts. Beyond sightseeing, participants will explore other hotels in Almaty to develop a broader understanding of the city’s accommodation offerings. These visits will help agents assess properties for different traveller preferences and budgets, equipping them to design informed, well-balanced winter itineraries.
The initiative forms part of Kazin DMC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen destination education, deepen travel trade partnerships, and build awareness of Kazakhstan’s winter tourism potential in the Indian market.
