The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Broad Bean Resort Wayanad, Series by Marriott. This new signing marks another milestone in the brand’s continued expansion across South India, taking the total number of operational and upcoming properties in the region to 17.

Designed to cater to both corporate and social requirements, the resort will offer well-appointed event facilities, including two banquet halls and a boardroom, making it well suited for corporate events, meetings and social celebrations.
