Crafted by master chefs, the traditional Onam Sadya will feature an elaborate spread of classic Kerala delicacies served traditionally on banana leaves. From rich regional preparations such as Avial, Olan, Thoran, Kalan, and Erissery to crispy Sarkara Varatti, traditional Papadams, pickles, and an array of indulgent Payasams, every element is curated using authentic spices and traditional recipes to evoke the comforting flavours of a home-cooked grand feast.
