IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with Zon Hotels (Mumbai) Private Limited to develop InterContinental Mumbai Goregaon, a landmark luxury hotel scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2030. The signing marks a significant milestone in IHG’s growth strategy in India and further strengthens its luxury footprint in Mumbai, one of the country’s most important commercial and hospitality destinations.
Strategically located in Goregaon, a rapidly evolving business and lifestyle hub in Mumbai’s western suburbs, the hotel will feature 350 elegantly designed guest rooms, including 70 suites. Positioned between Andheri and Malad, the property will offer excellent connectivity to key commercial districts, entertainment centres, and transport networks, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers.
