IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with Thanishq Grande Hotels & Resorts for the development of Holiday Inn Sriperumbudur. Scheduled to open in Q1 2029, the hotel will further strengthen IHG’s presence in Tamil Nadu and reinforce its focus on high-growth industrial and commercial markets across India.
Located in Sriperumbudur, a key hub for industrial as well as historic and religious sites, the 200-key hotel is positioned to cater to strong corporate, spiritual, and transit demand. The hotel will feature well-appointed standard rooms and suites, three dining options, along with a ballroom, swimming pool and fitness centre, offering well-rounded stays for travellers.
