Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks, along with the upcoming Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, hosted TRISHUL 2.0, their signature women’s leadership platform, on March 13, 2026. Organised under the Shakti by Hilton initiative in celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, the event welcomed nearly 200 hospitality students, industry professionals, and team members for an inspiring evening dedicated to empowerment, leadership, and meaningful dialogue.
Centred around the theme “Empowered Women, Empower Women,” TRISHUL 2.0 created a dynamic platform for conversations on economic independence, mentorship, leadership, and lifelong learning in a rapidly evolving professional landscape. The evening provided aspiring hospitality professionals and students the opportunity to engage directly with accomplished leaders and gain valuable insights from their journeys. The program began with a networking session that fostered collaboration and connection, followed by a special message introducing the vision behind Shakti by Hilton and the TRISHUL initiative. The session also reflected on the contributions women have made across industries and communities.

The formal proceedings opened with a welcome address by Sujeet Kumar, Cluster General Manager – Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, who highlighted the importance of inclusive platforms that inspire women to lead with confidence and purpose. He was followed by Manish Garg, Cluster General Manager – Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Embassy Tech Village, who emphasised the role of organisations in building diverse and supportive workplaces where women can thrive. The evening’s keynote address was delivered by Shraddha Amit, CEO, Kshemavana, who shared insights on purpose-driven leadership and her work empowering rural communities through holistic wellness and livelihood initiatives.
An engaging panel discussion, moderated by Sarita Iyer, featured accomplished leaders from diverse sectors, including Leela Kirloskar, embodied leadership coach, Usha Rao, wellness trainer, Anuradha B. M., Founder, Go Pink Cabs, Shivani Kulkarni, Commercial Pilot, IndiGo, and Resham Gupta, Director of Human Resources, Conrad Bengaluru.

The discussion explored themes including economic independence, leadership evolution, mentorship, and continuous skill development in a technology-driven world. Panellists shared personal stories of empowerment, strategies for navigating male-dominated industries, and the importance of women supporting women in professional spaces. As part of the recognition segment, each panellist nominated an inspiring woman from their community. The panellists were felicitated with certificates of appreciation by the General Managers in recognition of their contributions to leadership and empowerment.
