The Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI), India’s premier travel trade association, has announced its 68th Annual Convention & Exhibition, to be held from 17th to 19th September 2025 in the magnificent city of Abu Dhabi, UAE. This milestone event will be hosted in collaboration with the Department of Culture & Tourism (DCT), Abu Dhabi, marking another remarkable chapter in TAAI’s 74-year journey of excellence.
Themed “Business with Goodness,” this year’s convention aims to foster meaningful business connections while embracing ethics, sustainability, and transformative partnerships in tourism.
Convention Highlights:
- September 17: A grand opening ceremony at an iconic venue, featuring entertainment, high-energy networking, and a special welcome dinner.
- September 18 & 19: Knowledge sessions and B2B interactions featuring industry leaders, thought-provoking discussions, trend forecasts, and actionable insights.
- September 18: An exclusive theme dinner promising a memorable cultural experience.
- September 19: TAAI’s gala evening & networking night – a celebratory close to a power-packed convention.

Registration Details (First Come, First Served):
- TAAI Member Registration Fee: ₹4,000 + ₹720 (GST) per person (includes spouses)
- 3-Night Package Options:
- Twin Sharing: ₹18,000 + ₹3,240 GST = ₹21,240 per person
- Single Occupancy: ₹25,000 + ₹4,500 GST = ₹29,500
- Double Occupancy (Spouse): ₹34,000 + ₹6,120 GST = ₹40,120

Accommodation: Delegates will be accommodated at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and a nearby partner hotel. Early registrants will be prioritised for the headquarters hotel.
Visa Requirements:
- Indian passport holders with valid US, UK, or EU visas/residency can obtain a Visa on Arrival in the UAE.
- Others can apply through TAAI’s official visa partner (details to follow).
- All travel documents must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date.

Special Fares for Delegates:
- IndiGo Airlines: Over 280 weekly flights to the UAE from 20 Indian cities. Special discounts of 20% (Abu Dhabi) and 12% (Dubai) for travel between 7–14 August 2025.
- Other partner airlines under discussion include Etihad, Emirates, Air India, Air Arabia, and SpiceJet.
- Free transfers for delegates arriving in Dubai on 17th September.
