India International Travel Mart (IITM) successfully concluded its 2025 editions in Chennai and Bangalore this July, marking another milestone in its legacy as India’s leading travel and tourism networking platform. Now in its 26th year, IITM remains South India’s largest and most impactful travel industry event, attracting national and international stakeholders from the tourism, hospitality, technology, and travel trade sectors.

IITM Chennai
Held from 16–18 July in Chennai and 24–26 July in Bangalore, the events saw robust participation from over 25 Indian states, 20 international destinations, and more than 800 exhibitors, including tourism boards, DMCs, hotel chains, airlines, travel startups, and digital platforms. With a strong focus on B2B networking, destination promotion, and knowledge exchange, both editions facilitated three days of high-impact engagement, workshops, and product showcases.

IITM Chennai
IITM Chennai was inaugurated by Thiru T. Christuraj, Director of Tourism, Government of Tamil Nadu. The event was graced by dignitaries including Sri. Venkatesan D, Regional Director, India Tourism; Smt. T Devaki, Chairperson, TAAI; Sri. Kamaleshwaran, President, SKAL Chennai; and senior representatives from IRCTC, SIMA, and ADTOI.

IITM Bangalore
The Bangalore edition opened with Shri. Pasang Dorjee Sona, Honourable Minister for Tourism, Education, Rural Works, Parliamentary Affairs and Libraries, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, alongside esteemed guests from Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, and international representation from Tourism Malaysia. Notable industry leaders from TAAI, AATO, ABTO, and other key associations were also present.

IITM Bangalore
