Go Smart Tourism Hosts Indian Travel Influencer FAM Trip to Cambodia to Promote Cross-Cultural Travel

Go Smart Tourism (India), in collaboration with Euro Khmer Voyages (Cambodia), has concluded a high-impact Familiarisation (FAM) trip. The initiative brought a select group of top Indian travel influencers to Cambodia. It aimed to promote cultural exchange and enhance tourism between India and Cambodia.

Held in May 2025, the curated journey took the influencers across Cambodia’s most iconic destinations, including Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Battambang. The itinerary highlighted the nation’s rich cultural heritage through immersive experiences such as visits to Angkor Wat, the Royal Palace, bustling local markets, traditional handicrafts, and authentic Cambodian cuisine.

“We believe in the power of storytelling and firsthand experiences to drive tourism. Through this FAM trip, we aimed to build a cultural bridge between India and Cambodia by allowing influencers to experience the destination in its most authentic form. We look forward to inspiring more Indian travellers to visit Cambodia,” said Jeetendra Wagh, Founder of Go Smart Tourism.

Throughout the trip, influencers actively shared their experiences via reels, vlogs, and travel blogs, generating increased interest and travel inquiries for Cambodia within the Indian travel market.

This initiative reflects Go Smart Tourism’s commitment to innovative destination marketing and collaborative international travel promotions. By leveraging the voice and reach of India’s leading digital travel creators, the campaign is poised to create lasting impressions among Indian travellers.
