Jaipur is set to take centre stage on the global entertainment map as the city prepares to host the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2025 at the Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC), managed by Accor on 8th and 9th March 2025. While day 1 will have the IIFA Digital Awards, on day 2, on 9th March, people will enjoy the IIFA Awards. As a prelude to the grand event, IIFA organisers will hold an exclusive press conference at Mugdha: The Grand Ballroom at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre on March 8, 2025.
The IIFA team is working tirelessly to complete the grand stage, spanning an impressive 120 by 80 feet designed to tribute Rajasthan’s rich culture and heritage. The organisers have planned a seating capacity of 15,000 people.

Manuj Ralhan, General Manager of Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & JECC-Managed by Accor
Speaking about this milestone, Manuj Ralhan, General Manager of Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & JECC-Managed by Accor, said, “Jaipur’s selection as the host city for IIFA 2025 is a defining moment, not only for our venue but for the entire city. This event will bring international recognition, drive tourism, and open up immense business opportunities, positioning Jaipur as a global hub for world-class events. We are honoured to play a pivotal role in this journey, providing the infrastructure and expertise to execute an event of this magnitude flawlessly.”
He further added, “The decision to bring IIFA to Jaipur was driven by the city’s growing reputation as a premier destination for large-scale international events. A key factor that solidified JECC’s selection was the phenomenal success of the Diljit Dosanjh Dil-Luminati concert, which took place at the JECC grounds in November 2024. With an attendance of nearly 27,000, the event demonstrated the venue’s capability to handle high-profile productions seamlessly, reinforcing the organiser’s confidence in our infrastructure, logistical expertise, and ability to deliver world-class experiences.”

Projjwal Ghosh, Director of Sales & Marketing, NJCC & JECC
Echoing this sentiment, Projjwal Ghosh, Director of Sales & Marketing, NJCC & JECC, added, “IIFA 2025 will be a game-changer for Jaipur’s hospitality and tourism industries. The economic impact of an event of this scale is immense, bringing a surge in global visitors, media attention, and business opportunities. Our commitment to sustainability further aligns with IIFA’s Green Challenge, ensuring that we host an event that is not only spectacular but also responsible.”
This year, as part of the IIFA Green Challenge, a goal has been set to plant 10 million trees over the next year. At JECC, the organizers will establish a dedicated green space called the IIFA Garden, where celebrities, event organizers, government representatives, and officials from Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and JECC—managed by Accor—will participate in a tree-planting initiative
