Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has appointed Ashwin Mathur as the Hotel Manager. Joining the hotel from his latest stint as Director of Food & Beverage at the Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai in Vietnam, in his new role, Mathur will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 34-storey hotel, including managing 202 luxurious guestrooms & suites, the multi-accolade winning AER – Bar & Lounge and San:Qi, the spa, meetings & events, and will be focused on further strengthening the services and experiences that Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai offers to its guests.
