Expired UAE Resident Visas:
- Before the 1st March’20 are not permitted.
- After 1st March’20 are permitted to travel.
- Stayed more than 180 days outside the country are permitted to travel.
Mandatory conditions for travelers:
1) Passengers must hold a valid COVID 19 negative (PCR) test result, conducted not more than 72 hours prior to departure. Children under the age of 12 and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from testing.
2) PCR Test result to be in English or Arabic only (if in Arabic, need to be supported along with English translation).
3) Passengers need to carry a printed copy of the COVID-19 PCR test result to the Airport. Soft copies on mobiles will not be acceptable.
4) PCR tests from the government of India (ICMR) approved labs or UAE government-approved laboratories to be done if passengers traveling from AMD-BOM-CCJ-COK-TRV-HYD-MAA-DEL-LKO.

6) Passengers need to report 4 hours prior to departure at the airport.
7) Dubai COVID APP – All passengers are required to download the “COVID19 – DXB Smart App” prior to arrival in Dubai. This will be checked on arrivals.
8) Residents holding expired UAE residency permits which were extended until 31st December are no longer permitted to enter the UAE. Residents must apply for a new resident permit. Residents that hold a valid resident permit and who have stayed outside the country for more than 180 days are permitted to enter until the March 31, 2021.
